Shinichiro Uchiyama
Biography
Dr. Shinichiro Uchiyama Graduated from Hokkaido University School of Medicine in 1974, worked as a Research Fellow of Mayo Clinic during 1981-1983, and became Professor of Department of Neurology, Tokyo Women’s Medical University in 2001. He is currently Professor, Clinical Research Center for Medicine, International University of Health and Welfare, and Director, Center for Brain and Cerebral Vessels, Sanno Hospital and Medical Center from 2014. He is a Member at Large of Executive Committee of World Stroke Organization and Executive Board Member of Asia Pacific Stroke Organization. He is a Fellow of Stroke Council of AHA, and an Editorial Board Member of “Stroke” and “Cerebrovascular Diseases”.
