Research Interest

Hydraulic fracturing for coal rock mass, the engineering applications include coal mine hard roof control, hard top coal weakening, stress directional transfer, local concentrated stress relief, rockburst preventing and treating, permeability improvement in gas-bearing coal seam, management of coal seam with coal and gas outburst, in-situ stress measurement, coalbed methane exploiting, combustible ice exploiting etc.
