Biography
Chang, Tsong-Min is the Dean of Office of Research and Development at Hungkuang University in the Department of Applied Cosmetology. He received his Ph. D from the graduate institute of Basic Medical Sciences of National ChengKuang University, Tainan, Taiwan. His current Research topics are Cosmetic research and development, Chinese herb medicine and Dermatology , Anti-ageing and antioxidant research, Inhibitors of melanogenesis. His research interest are Biochemistry and Molecular biology, Chinese herb medicine, Pharmacy and dermatology, Cosmetology.
