Introduction

In the pursuit of a healthier and longer life, the importance of cancer prevention cannot be overstated. Early adulthood serves as a critical phase for establishing habits that can significantly impact one’s risk of developing cancer later in life [4]. In a recent meeting of experts convened to discuss strategies for cancer prevention during early adulthood, various key insights and recommendations were shared [5].
