Abstract

Anal cancer is a rare malignancy that originates from the tissues of the anus, often preceded by pre-cancerous lesions. Early and accurate diagnosis of anal cancer is essential for effective treatment and improved patient outcomes. This research article provides an overview of the current challenges and advancements in anal cancer diagnosis. It explores screening strategies, diagnostic modalities, and emerging technologies. The article also emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary approaches and collaboration among healthcare professionals in the management of anal cancer.
