We support for and follow standard authorship criteria with good quality research with absolutely good language and grammar embedded in it. Here, we will glimpse through articles published in volume 1 issue 2.

Absolutely marvelous original research enlightened by Vitor et al. [1] from Brazil. It entails evaluation of visual-tactile examination with technology-based caries detection examinations in 95 children with oral clefts. Efficacy of their results was similar to those of visualtactile clinical examination. It suggested use of supplementary caries diagnostic methods to avoid false positive errors mostly in tooth surfaces difficult for examination.

Dental deliberation in Dandy-Walker malformation is awfully explained with case report by Warotayanont et al. [2] from California, USA. It is a rare congenital cystic malformation of the posterior cranial fossa. It emphasizes the critical evaluation of medical history and behavioral assessment for procuring dental treatment.

Amelogenesis imperfecta has been discussed with very unique case report by Balaji et al. [3] from India which rings a bell for clinicians about unwarranted highly variable patterns of amelogenesis imperfecta.

Dental traumatology virtue of complicated crown-root fracture with an irreversible pulpitis of the maxillary incisors in 13 years old child is strategically treated by Fawzi et al. [4] from Morocco. It included endodontic therapy followed by reattachment of fractured fragment reinforcing with a prefabricated post and 4 years of follow-up convincing esthetics, excellent function and good periodontal health.

An emergency medical management of an accidental ingestion of loosened catridge of a hand airotor with a bur attached in child patient done using rigid esophagoscopy by Daneswari et al. [5] from India. It presents an unusual operative mishap successfully treated in a multidisciplinary setting using rigid endoscopy

Chromosomal aberrations of a pediatric intra oral lipoma exquisitely explained with a rare case report and cytogenetic forecasting by Harika et al. [6] from India. Intraoral lipomas are very rare in children. Whereas histological diagnosis is an epitome of excellence for diagnosis in lipomatous tumors, cytogenetic analysis is rapidly becoming an integral part of the diagnostic work up.

An interprofessional demonstration project improving oral health of young children has been reported by DiMarco et al. [7] from USA. Profound disparities exist in dental services obtained by children, especially the poor. This project tested the feasibility of integrating primary preventive interventions of oral health assessments/teaching, fluoride varnishing and referral to a dental home into regular practice at an urban and rural WIC site using nurses, registered dieticians and students with promising results.

Original research on social and behavioral determinants of early childhood caries of Saudi Arabia assessed by Alshehri et al. [8]. This cross-sectional survey was performed on a sample of 422 children and a tested, self-administered questionnaire was distributed to parents to gain information about sociobehavioral characteristics. High caries prevalence (77.73%) and a lack of caries treatment are revealed. The present study has identified risk factors I early childhood caries in preschool children within a Saudi community. Early childhood caries risk can significantly increase for children living with an occupied mother (p=0.00811), consuming more sweets and chocolates (p=0.00001), and an absence of oral health educators and oral health promotion programs (p=0.0012). These factors could be modified through public health strategies, for instance effective publicity of general dental health, practical health advice and developing efficient strategies to encourage awareness amongst the Saudi community.

All this scientific and scholarly research has been subjected to critical appraisal for peer review.
