Advances in Molecular Diagnostics is one of the branches of modern Biotechnology concerned with understanding the Genetic Diagnosis, Molecular Diagnosis, Molecular Forensics. Advances in Molecular Diagnosis focuses on the areas such as Multi Parametric Molecular Diagnostics, Cancer Progression and Diagnostics, Genomics in Infectious Diseases, GeneticTesting,Mass Spectrometry– Based Quantitative Metabolomics etc.
Advances in Molecular Diagnostics is a peer reviewed scientific journal known for rapid dissemination of high-quality research. This journal publishes gene technology articles with high impact factor and offers an open access platform to the authors in academia and industry to publish their novel research. It serves the International Scientific Community with its standard research publications. We encourage scientists all over the world to publish articles in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc.
Our scholarly publishing makes scientific advancement freely available to researchers, science enthusiasts and students without any restrictions or subscriptions. The journal includes a wide range of fields in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal and the editorial office promises a peer review process for the submitted manuscripts for quality. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinion to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publishing process.
Molecular diagnostics is growing rapidly. Molecular diagnostics tests detect specific sequences in DNA or RNA that may or may not be associated with disease including single nucleotide polymorphism. The growth in diagnostics sector and personalised therapy is being driven by opportunities in molecular diagnostics.Molecular diagnostic tests detect specific sequences in DNA or RNA that may or may not be associated with disease, including single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), deletions, rearrangements, insertions and others.

Dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of the breast has been the main stay of breast MRI with an excellent sensitivity but limited specificity. Available data suggests that the use of other functional MRI parameters such as diffusion waited imaging and proton MR spectroscopic imaging may provide additional specificity. Several technologies have become commercially available for the multiparametric molecular detection of RTIs in the past decade including tests based on PCR-array, PCR-mass spectrometry, and multiplex qPCR technologies.

Molecular Forensics offers a comprehensive coverage of the increasingly important role that molecular analysis plays with in forensic science. Genotyping with DNA probes can theoretically identify each person on earth. Naturally occurring variations in the nucleotide sequence of DNA results in genetic differences between people. Application of scientific principles to investigate and establish facts of interest in relation to criminal, civil, and administrative hearings.

Molecular pathology is based on the emergence of new techniques that greatly enhance the diagnostic accuracy when facing with challenging differential diagnoses. Carcinoma of the prostate is the second leading cause of male cancer-related death in the United States. Better indicators of prostate cancer presence and progression are needed to avoid unnecessary treatment, predict disease course, and develop more effective therapy.

Classical and emerging infectious diseases, viral pandemics, and drug-resistant pathogens remain challenges to human health. However, contemporary advances in genetics and genomic technologies provide new approaches to understanding and combating these diseases. Genetic sequencing technologies are furthering our understanding of how human and pathogen genomic factors - and their interactions - contribute to individual differences in immunologic responses to vaccines, infections and drug therapies.

As the science of genomic advances genetic testing is becoming more common place in the clinic. Genetics tests are tests on blood and other tissue to find genetic disorders. The Food and Drug administration has the authority to regulate genetic tests. The term genetic testing covers an array of techniques including analysis of human DNA,RNA, or protein. The results of a genetic test can confirm or rule out a suspected genetic condition or help determine a person’s chance of developing or passing on a genetic disorder.

Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process):
Advances in Molecular Diagnostics is participating in the Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process) with an additional prepayment of $99 apart from the regular article processing fee. Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process is a special service for the article that enables it to get a faster response in the pre-review stage from the handling editor as well as a review from the reviewer. An author can get a faster response of pre-review maximum in 3 days since submission, and a review process by the reviewer maximum in 5 days, followed by revision/publication in 2 days. If the article gets notified for revision by the handling editor, then it will take another 5 days for external review by the previous reviewer or alternative reviewer.Acceptance of manuscripts is driven entirely by handling editorial team considerations and independent peer-review, ensuring the highest standards are maintained no matter the route to regular peer-reviewed publication or a fast editorial review process. The handling editor and the article contributor are responsible for adhering to scientific standards. The article FEE-Review process of $99 will not be refunded even if the article is rejected or withdrawn for publication.
The corresponding author or institution/organization is responsible for making the manuscript FEE-Review Process payment. The additional FEE-Review Process payment covers the fast review processing and quick editorial decisions, and regular article publication covers the preparation in various formats for online publication, securing full-text inclusion in a number of permanent archives like HTML, XML, and PDF, and feeding to different indexing agencies.
