Dr Keiji Ueda is Professor of Virology at the Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine, Japan. He received his MD in Medicine in Osaka University Medical School in 1984. Dr Keiji Ueda received his Ph.D. in in molecular biology for a thesis entitled "Three Envelope Proteins of Hepatitis B Virus: Large S, Middle S and Major S Proteins Needed for the Formation of Dane Particles", supervised by Professor Kenichi Matsubara in 1990. He was a post-doctoral fellow at Postdoctoral Fellow of Dr. Teresa Wright's Lab at UCSF and SF Veterans Hospital, Gastroenterology Section San Francisco, Dr Keiji Ueda has served on many NIH, AHA, AA review panels, has reviewed for many journals and is currently on the editorial board of 2 journals.
