Synthesis of A Novel Ferrocene Derivative and Cytotoxicity to A549, HCT116 and MCF-7 Cell Lines
Based on our previous results, a ferrocene derivative 1 was synthesized in this study and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and XRD methods. And then, the cytotoxicity to A549, HCT116 and MCF-7 cell lines was evaluated using the MTT method.
