Australia is sixth largest continents by area which are officially known as the Commonwealth of Australia which comprise of the mainland of the Australian continent, the island of Tasmania, and numerous smaller islands. Normally Australia dubbed as island continent which preferably consider as world’s largest island continent.

By geographically sixth largest country by area with a landmass of 7,617,930 square kilometres on the Indo-Australian Plate which are surrounded by Indian and Pacific ocean on the both the sides of the country. Australia consist of world largest coral reef “Great Barrier Reef” which extends from east to west covering the continent about 2,300 km with a diversity of life, including many vulnerable or endangered species, some of which may be endemic to the reef system.

Australia is a developed country and one of the wealthiest countries in the world it constitutes world's 12th-largest economy. The latest economic survey is stagnant GDP 2.3%. The GDP percapita income well comes around 51,358 USD less compared to preceding years. Australia's military expenditure is the world's 13th-largest with a second-highest human development index globally. Australia is a member of the UNO, G20, Commonwealth of Nations, ANZUS, OECD, WTO, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation and the Pacific Islands Forum.
