Biography

Dr. Bozena Futoma-Koloch is currently providing services as an Assistant Professor in the University of Wroclaw, Institute of Genetics and Microbiology, Poland. She completed her PhD in Microbiology in the year 2008. She has published more than 50 scientific articles in reputed national and international journals. She has actively participated in more than 30 national and international conferences. He research interest includes Investigations of surface molecular targets of the protective immune response against pathogenic bacteria, participation of lipopolysaccharide and outer membrane proteins in determining bacterial susceptibility to serum complement-mediated killing. The research model in my work is Salmonella, which is described as the pathogen connected to mucus invasion.
