Biography

Chunxiao Zhou is an assistant professor of Gynecologic Oncology at School of Medicine at the University of North Carolina. His research focuses on metabolism and experimental therapy to understand how metabolism controls tumor cell growth and find new targeted agents for gynecologic cancers, with a particular focus on the transgenic mouse models of ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer and effect of obesity on tumor growth in ovarian and endometrial cancer.

Ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, metabolism, obesity and experimental therapy.
