Dr. Manjula Kola is assistant professor in the Department of Home Science, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati with a specialization in Food Science and Nutrition. Currently she is the co-ordinator of MS Food Technology, SV University. Her research interests include Functional foods, food processing and preservation, food product development. She is currently investigating on food processing techniques and functional foods. Dr. Manjula Kola has contributed to more than 20 scientific publications and various oral and poster presentations. She is a member of the Association of Food Scientist and Technologists of India (AFSTI), Nutrition Society of India (NSI) and Indian Dietetics Association (IDA). Currently she is the secretary, Nutrition society of India, Tirupati chapter, Andhra Pradesh.
