Dr. Noelia Bonfanti (PhD) is Bachelor on Nutrition at Buenos Aires University (Argentina) and PhD on Physical Activity & Sport Sciences at Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain). She is also ISAK level 3 kinananthropometrist (instructor) and Master of Science on Nutrition & Metabolism at Cordoba University (Spain).
Noelia started her career in Argentina, teaching to students of the Nutrition degree at the faculty of Medicine at the Buenos Aires University. She worked at the same time in the Center of Child Nutrition Studies coordinating the corporal composition, nutrition and physical activity laboratory and giving nutritional counseling in her own consultation for different athletes and people with several pathologies providing nutritional education for all them.
Nowadays, she lives in Spain and continues her professional, researcher and teaching career working as University Professor at the degree on Physical Activity and Sport Sciences at Faculty of Health Science of San Jorge University of Zaragoza (Spain) where she teaches nutrition and Ergogenic aids. She is also a Professor of the Master's training and sports nutrition at the Real Madrid School & European University, where she teaches “Sport Nutrition for amateur and elite athletes” and Professor in the same university of the Master in Sport Physiotherapy, teaching “Sport nutrition for physiotherapists”. She is also coordinator and teacher of different courses of sport nutrition at different universities around the world. Moreover, Noelia is frequently speaker at different international events and congress talking about nutrition and sport nutrition, and she has several publications in scientific journals of high impact citation about her research interest, like nutrition and fatigue and nutrition for performance in sport team athletes.
She is also Sport and clinical Nutritionist at the medical center of Basketball Club “Estudiantes de Madrid” and she has her own consultation of Sport and Clinical Nutrition for different athletes and people with several pathologies.
