Mr. Nizar is an astute physiotherapist and sagacious rehab science researcher. He is currently working as a Senior Lecturer in Department of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, at University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. His commitment to teaching excellence has earned him accolades. His research interest spans a variety of topics in physical activity, multi-sensory reweighting, sedentary behavior and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Mr. Nizar presented his research findings at international conferences, published articles in prolific journals, and was awarded with scholarships and research grants. A few of his academic articles have been translated to other languages. He serves as associate editor and reviewer for high end academic journals from United States. Mr. Nizar had served as Head of Department of Physiotherapy at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. He has been invited as keynote speaker at international health care conferences. He is currently working in research projects focusing fluid intelligence and attentional control.
