Biography
Yuseok Moon is the microbiologist with focus on the mycotoxin and mucosal immunity. He is a professor in department of microbiology and immunology, pusan national university school of medicine. He is an honorable fellow in Academy of Toxicological Sciences (ATS) in USA. He got PhD in food immunotoxicology under the advice by Dr. James Jim Pestka (Distinguished professor in department of food science, microbiology, Michigan state university. He published more than 50 SCI-based articles and 4 book chapters on food toxicology, mycotoxin, and mucosal immunology. Currently, he works as an active editorial member in five notable international journals.
