Dr. Yun Wu is an American Board certified pathologist, sub-specializing in Breast Pathology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She received her MD degree from Shanghai Medical University and her PhD degree in Molecular Pathology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, in 1991 and 1999, respectively. She completed her pathology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and her Oncologic Pathology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY. She has published more than 30 papers in reputed journals and serves on several editorial boards for pathology, oncology and cancer research journals. Her research interests are to identify potential biomarkers for breast cancer diagnosis and prognosis and to identify therapeutic targets for mechanism-based, individualized cancer therapy.
Research interests include Breast and molecular pathology.
