Biography

Dr Abdul-Sadik Ahmed is a Lecturer, Scientist and Optometric physician with a desire for teaching and to train young people in his field of endeavour geared towards vision enhancement and prevention of visual defect and blindness in line with vision 2020. He was admitted to the then University of Science and Technology in 1991 and graduated in 1996 with BSc. (Hons) Biological Sciences. In 1998 secured admission and completed with Post-Graduate Diploma in Optometry. He holds in addition a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and MPhil in Vision Science from KNUST.
