Associate Professor in School of Sport and Exercise Science

Biography

Geoff has had over 16 years experience working with local authorities, schools, sports clubs and private organisations. Over the past 12 years with the University, he has become an active member of the School's drive for income generation and external connections with private companies, charities and public sector organisations. Geoff’s research interests include nutrition, health promotion and evaluation theory; with a particular focus on complex multi-level and site interventions in the policy and practice domain. He is also an invited reviewer for a number of scientific journals and continues to practice sports nutrition with aspiring amateur athletes.
