He has received his PhD degree from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand in 2013. He has extended his valuable service in Junior Research Officer in the field of Crop Protection for 4 years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is the Senior Researcher and Director of Natural Resources Research Directorate, Tigray Agricultural Research Institute (TARI), Ethiopia. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He has published 13 Papers in National and international Conferences/ workshops proceedings, 3 Research Strategy Documents, 9 Completed Research Results, 5 International Peer Reviewed Journal Articles and 3 different chapters in different books.
