Currently, he is affiliated to the Centre of Excellence in Environmental Studies, King Abdulaziz University, KSA. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests in sUV-B radiation; Water stress; Stress markers; Antioxidant enzymes; Proline accumulation; Secondary metabolites reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  He serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.
