Chilonda Pius
Biography
Dr. Pius Chilonda has over 12 years’ experience in agricultural and rural policy development at international, regional, national and sub-national levels. Over this period he has acquired considerable experience in agriculture and rural development practice, agricultural policy research and analysis, as well, the design and implementation of knowledge management and support systems. In this role he initiated and led analytical studies on monitoring and evaluating agricultural growth, poverty reduction and public investments in agriculture in Southern Africa.
