Vinicius Pedrazzi

Biography

 Degree in Dentistry, Ribeirão Preto Dental School, University of São Paulo (1987), where he also attended Dental Residency in Endodontics (1988 and 1989), has two specialist titles: in Endodontics and Prosthodontics. A master's degree (1996) and Doctorate in Dentistry (1999), both in Oral Rehabilitation Program by FORP / USP. He is currently Associate Professor in University of São Paulo, responsible for the Discipline of Integrated Clinical College for 5 years, President of Culture and University Extension Commission, Coordinator of the Cultural Action Board and the USP University Extension (2010-2014) and Coordinator of the Committee for Cultural Action and the USP University Extension ( 2014-201_) .. He participated in 123 congresses and presented 153 abstracts / panels published in conference proceedings; has published 87 full papers; 1 book chapter, 78 articles published in Newspapers and Magazines. Gave 14 interviews to different media and the media. Project Coordinator, gave 200 Courses. Is Ad-Hoc Advisory (Referee) FAPESP, CAPES and 36 national and international journals; Editorial Board member of 16 international and national journals and assessor / evaluator SBPq-O. Accounted for 42 Projects of Research and University Extension, he was Professor Honored, Paraninfo and Patron for 24 occasions, and name of the 77th Class of Odontolandos FORP / USP. He received 11 awards for paper presentations at conferences.Served as Surgeon-Dentist and Dental Health Coordinator of the City of Craven - SP for 13 years, where he was honored by the City Council Chamber by the relevant services to Cravinhense population. He worked as a clinician (Oral Rehabilitation) in private practice for 14 years. Is Full Advisor (ME and DO) in the Program and Oral Rehabilitation Area FORP / USP (2002-2012). Guided 22 Scientific Initiations 19 work Completion of course, 17 trainees PAE, 7 Masters Academic and 7 PhDs. It Postdoctoral supervisor with development by CAPES. Accounts 117 guidelines, the levels undergraduate and graduate. Leader of the research groups in CNP-q (1. Preventive Dental Materials: Molecular Diagnostics and Clinical Research and 2. Dental Clinic). Participated in 206 stalls Examining the ME levels, DO, Free-Teaching, TCC and Selection Process for Hiring Teachers. Works as a researcher at the Research Group (EBD) - OHG (Oral Health Group) of the Cochrane Review, and is a member of the Brazilian Oral Health Group - Cochrane Collaboration, created in 2007.  He is currently a member of The Science Advisory Board.
