Biography

Dr. Zhuo Yao is currently working at California Air Resources Board in Transportation Analysis Section, Air Quality Planning and Science Division. He received his Ph.D. from Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering and Construction Management, College of Engineering & Applied Science, University of Cincinnati. Zhuo holds a Master of Science degree from Beijing University of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
