Dr. Lingdong Quan has received his Ph.D. in College of Pharmacy in University of Nebraska Medical Center during the period of 2006-2011. Currently he is working as a research fellow at Hospital for Special Surgery and Weill Cornell Medical College at Cornell University. He is a member of American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS). Dr. Quan has published about 20 scientific journal papers and conference proceedings. He served as a reviewer for more than 20 peer-reviewer journals in the area of drug delivery, nanomedicine, inflammation and medicinal chemistry.
His research interest is to develop nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems for non-invasive imaging, diagnosis and improved treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, bone fracture healing, implant-associated osteolysis and other musculoskeletal disease.
