1) Molecular biology, Protein-protein interaction (especially yeast two-hybrid system), small molecule-protein interaction (yeast three-hybrid system, including drug-GPCR interactions), neurotransmitter (including hypothalamic peptide CART), molecular cloning, transcription factor, and mitochondria; 2) aging and degenerative/metabolic diseases, especially oxidative stress/inflammation-associated mechanism and therapy (including multiple scleroses, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, anemia and cancer); 3) herbal medicine (traditional Chinese medicine).
