Biography
Dr. Tania Jabbar received her Doctoral degree from Institute of Inorganic Chemistry, University of Vienna (2008-12) on the topic Determination of Iodine-129 in Environmental Samples. She workes as Senior Scientist, PINUM (Jul 2014- Present). For the period of 2007-June 2014 she was the Senior Scientist in Pakistan Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology (from Oct., 2008 to 2012 on study leave) and for the period of April 2005-2007 she was the Junior Scientist in Pakistan Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology. She has a Total of 13 publications with total impact of 28.
Research Interest
Environment/Health, Radioanalytical chemistry, Separation chemistry, Natural/anthropogenic radionuclides, Radiation detectors (Alpha, Beta and Gamma), mass spectrometry (AMS and ICPMS), Health Physics, Assessment of radioactive, toxic elements related risks, Clinical pathology and PCR.
