Biography

Shyamal H Mehta, an Assistant Professor of Neurology in Division of Movement Disorders at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr Mehta completed his PhD program, neurology residency & fellowship training at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He has been an active clinician-researcher authoring over 50 publications in several peer-reviewed journals. He remains a member of American Academy of Neurology (AAN) & International Parkinson & Movement Disorders Society. He was recipient of the American Academy of Neurology's S Weir Mitchell Award for meritorious research & Educator of the Year Award from Mayo Clinic Arizona.
