Biography

Kang Li (M’05–SM’11) received the B.Sc. degree in industrial automation from Xiangtan University, Hunan, China, in 1989, the M.Sc. degree in control theory and applications from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 1992, the Ph.D. degree in control theory and applications from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, China.
