I’m an engineer in Food Industry, and Ph.D. in Food Microbiology and Food Safety, at the Faculty of Sciences, Moulay Ismail University Morocco. My research was focused on the isolation and molecular identification of pathogenic bacteria that are responsible for foodborne diseases. Also, we used the essential oils against these pathogenic bacteria to improve the quality and extend the shelf life of food products. I have published several works related to the Food Microbiology in international journals. I’m serving as editorial board member and as a reviewer for reputed international level journal.
My research interest includes Food Microbiology, Food Safety, and the use of aromatic plants in food preservation.
