Cancer Diet

The cancer diet is very important as the cancer treatment. Obesity increases the risk for cancers of the oesophagus, breast, endometrium and kidney. The body weight must be maintained in the body mass index range of 18.5-25 kg/m2. Hot drinks and foods may probably increase the risk for cancers of the oral cavity, pharynx and oesophagus. Oxalic acid is deadly for the cancerous cells. Chlorine destroys many phytonutrients and other nutrients. Salt preserved foods and high salt intake probably increases the risk for stomach cancer.

There are many evidence suggest that the regular consumption of fruits and vegetables is negatively associated with risk of developing chronic diseases. Vitamins such as C and E are commonly used as antioxidants, minerals like zinc and selenium has a wide spectrum of impacts on the immune system.
