She earned B.Tech in Food Engineering from Institute of peoples Science and Technology Satana Madhya Pradesh, India, M. Tech in in Food Technology from Harcourt Buttler Technological Institute, India and PhD in Food Engineering and Technology Engineering from Tezpur University. She has published national and international research papers conference papers. She has completed research projects with UGC India and APEDA India, Her research interests include product development, processing, functional and neutraceutical food products, synthesis of nanoparticles etc.
