Abstract

Recent advances in cancer diagnostics emphasize the critical role of lymph node assessment for accurate staging and personal
ized treatment across diverse malignancies. \textit{Research highlights the growing utility of Artificial Intelligence} (AI) in improv
ing diagnostic accuracy for colorectal and breast cancer lymph node involvement. Concurrently, refined imaging techniques like
PET/CT, MRI, and ultrasonography offer enhanced staging in head and neck, rectal, thyroid, and cervical cancers. Diagnostic biop
sies, molecular biomarkers, and immune microenvironment analyses provide deeper prognostic insights for melanoma and gastric
cancer. Furthermore, nanotechnology-based methods are emerging to boost microscopic detection. These collective efforts aim to
optimize lymph node evaluation, leading to more precise cancer management and improved patient outcomes.
