Claudia Duran San Martin graduated in Industrial Engineering at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Chile. She received a Masters and PhD in Industrial Engineering in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Santiago, Chile. Currently she is a professor and coordinator of courses in economics, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering. Her research interests include strategic management, knowledge management, strategic synergy models, business models and management systems in port operations and other areas.
