Juntendo University was started in 1838 as Dutch school of medicine. Later on it has modified and started as juntendo hospital. It was regarded as the first private hospital in japan. A university completely related to health, sports and nursing science and medicine. University offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. People round the world apply for admissions in this university. It has four different campuses. It is a private type university. It aims to provide better medical facilities to the citizens and almost all important departments related to medicine have been established and functioning regularly. People from korea, china and Indonesia do join this reputed institute every year. University maintains best standards with well equipped machinery and laboratories for the treatment. University provides scholarships to the students and looks after all the basic necessities required.
