Akeel T Al-Kazwini has completed BSC in Physics, Baghdad- Iraq, 1975 Msc in Radiation Medical Biophysics, Dundee University, Scotland, U.K, 1979 and PHD in Radiation Medical Biophysics, Dundee University, Scotland, U.K, 1983..

Application of biomaterials in medicine. PET scan by using NaF18 for bone Metastases. Radiological protection in nuclear power vicinity, hospitals and institutes None destructive technique in oil industry. Method of detection the NORM as a side product in oil industry Non-invasive technique for the diagnostic of breast cancer, UV light and the induction of melanoma.
