The frequency of burnout among nursing specialists is high. Various factors such as gender, marital status, age , work shift, level of healthcare and healthcare service areas forecast at least one of the proportions of the disease. Neuroticism, agreeability and conscientiousness are character qualities that expect at least two of the proportions of burnout syndrome in nurses. Therefore, behavior factors should be considered in risk profiles for mounting burnout syndrome in the nursing occupation. Occurrence of burnout is considerably sophisticated for community psychiatric nurses than for PHNs involved in other amenities. Overload in emergency service area and lack of job control seem to represent factors contributing to burnout. Public health nurses work in communities and center on altered areas to develop their health of the people with in that communal.
