Biography

Deborah Ann McNeil is the Scientific Director for the Maternal Newborn Child and Youth Strategic Clinical Network in Alberta Health Services. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Faculty of Nursing and the Department of Community Health Sciences, Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary. Deb received a BSc in Nursing from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MN with specialization in neonatal care followed by a PhD with specialization in epidemiology, both from the University of Calgary.
