Dr. Raouf Bennaceur completed his Master in physics U. Lomosossov, Moscow, 1971; Doctor of Science in Physics, U. Paris 6 and Tunis, 1975. professor physics, Faculty of Science de Tunis, since 1980; director Condensed Matter Physics Laboratory, Faculty of Science de Tunis, since 1993. Consultant Ministry of Science Research and Technology, since 1990.
