Biography

Dr. Vincent is the Director of the Human Performance Laboratory & the UF Health Sports Performance Center. She is an active researcher of the health benefits of exercise, using physical activity to prevent injury and fight diseases like obesity and osteoarthritis. Her main clinical research focus is the study of the effects of obesity on joint disease mechanisms such as osteoarthritis, and the development of exercise based interventions to reduce disease pathology, pain and disability. Dr. Vincent oversees the development of numerous health, fitness and motion analysis services.
