Biography


Preetha Ramalingam received her medical degree from Rajah Muthiah Medical College (India) in 1994. She did her AP/CP training initially at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI (1997-1999) and subsequently at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, OH (1999-2001). She then did a Selective Pathology Fellowship at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX (2001-2002) and a Hematopathology Fellowship at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI (2002-2003). She is  board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hematology by the American Board of Pathology. She is currently Associate Professor of Pathology at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and specialize in Gynecologic Pathology.
 

Research Interest

Research interests are focused primarily on ovarian tumors.
