Biography

Olumayowa M. Olowe (PhD) had her undergraduate degree in Botany and Masters degree in Plant genetics from the University of Ibadan (UI). Olumayowa had her PhD research in Plant Pathology/ Mycology in the same Institution and executed her PhD research attending to details using standard methods in solving problems and accomplishing her objectives. Her PhD thesis was a major work on the ‘Diversity study of Fusarium verticillioides in South west, Nigeria and its interaction with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi’. She is a Lecturer in Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria. She has over 10 Scientific papers and projects (Unpublished). She is an awardee of Netherland Programme Fund (Nuffic). She belongs to a number of professional bodies.
