Biography
She is Assistant Professor at the UKE - Kore University of Enna (Italy), where she teaches Work and Organizational Psychology. Her current research focus is on occupational health and safety psychology, work and stress, vulnerable groups, particularly with regard to organizational well-being. Member of some academic committees. She has authored a large number of refereed publications in national and international journals. Currently have systematic relationships with foreign colleagues for research activity and research projects on international career. She is a member of IAC - International Association for Counselling (https://www.iac-irtac.org).
