Many organizations around the world have found that it?s possible to reduce the number of incidents at work by giving safety the first priority. All organization managements are committed in their policies to the fact that all incidents are preventable. Therefore, Process Safety Management (PSM) standard includes the emergency preparedness element which required preventing or minimizing incidents.
