Abstract
The purpose of the research was to conduct a systematic, qualitative review of studies conducted during the period between 2003 and 2013 in Colombia, about psychosocial risk factors and effects on health, on workers of different occupational sectors joined to general system of occupational hazards in Colombia;138 studies were found, 65 studied psychosocial risk factors at workplace, 56 burnout, 15 were studies on job stress, and the subject of the remaining 2 was depression, anxiety andhealth effects. The number of studies made in Colombia during the last years shows a growing interest in the assessment of psychosocial risk factors at workplace and their effect on Burnout, job stress, health and mental health. This is very helpful for the future progress in diagnosis and prevention of occupational disease in the workplace.
