Biography
Dimitrios Kalpaxis worked as a Research Fellow (1980-1982), Lecturer (1982-1986), Assistant Professor (1986-1996), Associate Professor (1996-2003) and Professor (2003-today) at the School of Medicine of University of Patras. His research interests are focused on the Biochemistry field, in particular on the structural analysis of cartilage components, the kinetic analysis of dehydrogenases, the structure and function of the protein-synthesizing machine and the mechanism of action of antibiotics.Research Interest
