Emmanuel Oryem Lino
Biography
He is a Medical Doctor with over 10 years of experience in Public Health. He earned an MBBS from the University of Juba and an MSc in Biostatistics and Health Informatics from Mekelle University in Ethiopia. Dr. Oryem worked extensively in HIV/AIDS Programme Management and Clinical Care. While heading the HIV/AIDS Programme in the Ministry of Health, he led successful scale up of HIV care and treatment, thus increasing the number treatment centres from 3 facilities in 2006 to 22 centres in 2011.Research Interest
