Gilbert ML
Biography
Marylou Gilbert is a senior policy analyst at the RAND Corporation, coordinator of the RAND Center for Housing and Homelessness in Los Angeles, and program manager of the Pardee RAND Graduate School's Community-Partnered Policy and Action stream. Gilbert received her J.D. and M.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and her B.A. from University of California at Berkeley.
