Biography
Nancy is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner with over 40 years of public health nursing experience. Nancy has been part of the ECELS Training and Technical Assistance staff for over 20 years. She works part-time for ECELS from the ECELS "satellite" office from her home in the Harrisburg area.
