She is an assistant professor in department of community medicine at Universiti Sains Malaysia, From 1999-2000: House officer, Hospital Kota Bharu. 2000-2003: Medical and Health Officer, Pejabat Kesihatan Kuala Terengganu. 2003-2007: Master of Community Medicine USM. 2007-now: Medical lecturer USM
